“Welcoming and warm”
"My family stayed at this wonderful hotel just a few weeks ago. The hotel is in a wonderful place, close to the city centre and has wonderful hosts. The rooms were clean and tidy - shiny bathrooms! They have never met such welcoming and warm hosts in any other hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to all who are planning to visit beautiful Gloucester. Thank you"
