At The Albert Hotel Gloucester, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also protecting our business. Please read the following carefully before making a reservation.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
- Late Cancellation: If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the first night of the stay will be charged.
- No-Show: If a guest does not arrive and no cancellation is received, the full amount of the first night will be charged.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some special rates or promotions may be offered as non-refundable. In this case, no refund will be given for cancellations, changes or no-shows. These terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Group and Long-Stay Bookings
For group reservations (3 rooms or more) or stays longer than 7 nights, different cancellation terms may apply. These will be confirmed at the time of booking.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us directly or use the same platform where the reservation was made (e.g. Booking.com). Cancellation requests must be received in writing (email) or via the booking system to be valid.
Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
